Dear Editor,
October 21-27, 2012, is National Friends of Libraries week
making it a good time to
publicly thank the Friends of the Mount Laurel Library who
contribute so much of their time and expertise to significantly enhance our
services.
This year, our Friends group paid to establish the Museum Pass
program and paid for ten new computer workstations, two new children’s computer
tables and eight new chairs , four new computer workstations for children, and
book shelving for the teen area as well as provided new materials for the Book
Express collection.
I know that the Mount Laurel Library is a source of pride for
our community. Our Friends group is a
source of pride as well. I hope this
week everyone will call the library to find out how they can join and support
this outstanding group.
