Financial Workshops

The Mount Laurel Library will be hosting a series of interactive financial workshops with Carole Glade in October and November. These workshops are free and open to the public. No registration is needed. Carole Glade is a financial educator and works with the Office of Professional and Continuing Education at Rutgers University.

Learn how to find money to invest, your investment options, and assessing risk tolerance.

Investment Options
Wednesday, November 7 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Learn the differences between stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, liquidity, and basic tax deferred options.

            Protecting your Investments
Wednesday, November 28 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Learn about diversification, asset allocation, and avoiding investment frauds.

This webinar explains assets, liabilities, and net worth. Topics covered include: the three keys to investing, determining assets and liabilities, tracking and managing assets and debts, and net worth fluctuations.
